Calx Vessels

This project took place from November 2020 to February 2021, and the project itself consisted of the design and manufacturing of process industry equipment. Equipment that we manufactured is two pcs. of 120 m³ vessels, for storage of calx and C-dust, with required carbon steel platforms with ladders and process automation. The installation of the equipment itself and commissioning was also part of our scope of work. 

The material from which the vessels are made is S235JR carbon steel, and the full dimension of each vessel is approx. ⌀ 4200mm by 10m in height, eact vessel around 13t in weight.
